Mark Good moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2005 from Pinehurst, NC. After growing up in San Jose, California he made the move east to experience a less hectic way of life. After the small town life of the golf mecca of Pinehurst he started to buy property in the Jacksonville area and loved the region because of its four seasons and the fact that it is a good sized city, but not too big and congested. It is not a main tourist destination like other parts of Florida, but Orlando is close enough for a day trip.
After being a real estate investor for nearly 30 years he has taken the knowledge he has gained over many years and now offers Property Management and services to Buyers and Sellers. He was in the computer field for many years in California. He is a member of the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors and serves on the Education Task Force. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.

FAMB - Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers Mark has a mortgage broker license for the purpose of staying current on the chagnes in the industry. He attends the monthly meetings and classes given on lending topics by the Jacksonville Chapter of FAMB.
International Buyers - He has taken seven days of instruction on issues related to international real estate. This includes foreign buyers in Florida and Americans who want to buy in foreign countries.
RLI - Realtor Land Institue Eight days of instruction on topics related to land development and purchases.
Taxes - Mark takes pride in doing his own taxes and his knowledge is above average when it relates to issues concerning real estate both for investors and owner occupants. A CPA should always be used for expert advice.
Commercial Real Estate - Mark has taken 22 days of the most regorous instruction on commercial transactions that NAR offers.
Mark is always up for a game of golf especially at the many excellent local courses. He belongs to Deercreek CC in Jacksonville. Deercreek is a great community for a golfer looking for a terrifice golf community.
