Jacksonville and St Augustine and Nocatee (Ponte Vedra) have three premier over 55 communities.
They all have fantastic clubhouses and numerous clubs and activities for those that want to keep busy.
Sweetwater in the intracoastal part of Jacksonville has single family, condos and carriage homes as does Riverwood in Nocatee. Riverwood has a large number of lots still to build on and will be opening their 39,000 SF clubhouse in the late summer of 2011.
Cascades is at World Golf Village in northern Saint Augustine. Owners who are avid golfers might want to become members of the two terrific courses at the World Golf Village. Some of the owners at Cascades volunteer at the Golf Hall of Fame. Cascades has all single family homes where lawn care is taken care of by the HOA. Both resales and new construction are available.
