Agency Options
In Florida there are three levels of agency relationship that the Broker can have with their customer.
1. No Representation
2. Transaction Broker
3. Single Agency
Prime Properties of NE Florida, LLC offers all three, but we believe most customers expect Single Agency from their REALTOR. The customer needs to have a relationship with their REALTOR that they are comfortable with regardless of which Broker they use. The forms below will help you understand the three options.
