Mark Good moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2005 from Pinehurst, NC. After growing up in San Jose, California he made the move east to experience a less hectic way of life. After the small town life of the golf mecca of Pinehurst he started to buy property in the Jacksonville area and loved the region because of its four seasons and the fact that it is a good sized city, but not too big and congested. It is not a main tourist destination like other parts of Florida, but Orlando is close enough for a day trip.
After being a real estate investor for nearly 30 years he has taken the knowledge he has gained over many years and now offers Property Management and services to Buyers and Sellers. He was in the computer field for many years in California. He is a member of the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors and serves on the Education Task Force. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. Mark can also provide services in the area of business brokerage for buyers and sellers who are looking for businesses with or without real estate.
Mark also has his Florida insurance license in the areas of Life, Health and Fixed Annuities. These make sense for those seeking safety and long term planning.
Some of the advanced training Mark has taken includes:
Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI designation 14 days of training on a wide range of real estate topics.
e-PRO Certification A program to teach internet and technology skills.
FARPM - PRM Designation Professional Residential Manager given by the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers.
Member of:
FAMP - Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals Mark has a mortgage broker license for the purpose of staying current on the chagnes in the industry. He attends the monthly meetings and classes given on lending topics by the Jacksonville Chapter of FAMB.
